2. Terms of Payment:
1. How much / many months do I pay the down payment?
Answser ? you can choose for the following options:
A. 20% of the total selling price
B. 30% of the total selling price or MORE.
12 TO 24 months depend on the project you had been chosen for those units not yet constracted. (RFO) Ready For Occupancy is 4months to pay.

Frequently Asked Questions
It range from Php 10,000.00 - 40,000.00 depending on the house model. It is non-refundable but will make as part of your downpayment.
Buyer can transfer the reservation to another qualified buyer or another unit provided under same agent, developer and same price or price is higher than old unit. All payments made will be properly credited in the new owner or choosen unit. A transfer fee of P3,000.00 will be charged to the buyer. Approval may takes 1to 2 weeks.
Your first monthly equity or downpayment will start either on the 5th or the 20th hit date of the following month upon reservation. you can choose depend on the availability of your funds.
After you have fully paid the equity or down payment then amortization will start on the following month
When can you move-in or transfer?
For BANK Financing
Maximum (3) month after full payment of downpayment and Bank loan take-out (bank has paid the developer). The developer will send you a Letter stating that the unit (house) is ready for inspection. You be will be given 60 days to inspect and make the necessary imperfection or repair for the house. You will sign a Letter of Acceptance if everything is alright then get the Move in Clearance so that you can claim the key of the house.
Developer will also given you a 1 rainy season that if you found having a leak then they still make repair.
Ready for occupancy units (RFO)
Buyer is required to make full down payment and take-out of bank loan to transfer. Estimated time to move-in is 1 to 4 months.
After payment of down payment buyer will receive a Notice of Completion from the developer stating that the unit (house) is ready to inspect provided that the documents is complete. You will be given 60 days to inspect and make the necessary imperfection or repair for the house. You will sign a Letter of Acceptance if everything is alright then get the Move in Clearance so that you can claim the key of the house.

Upon turn over of the unit then the time you can start to develop/improve the unit such us fencing, inside and outside improvements. Nevertheless, before you start the construction you will require to submit drawing plan to engineering office for the said improvements or alterations if their any to ensure the structural of the building.
